BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Technical field The model relates to the technical field of e-communication and more particularly to an efficient outdoor communication cabinet with low power and low noise.
Description of the Related Art According to the prior art, an outside communication cabinet consists of a cabinet housing and a cabinet door, wherein the cabinet door is rotatably connected to and forms a cavity with the cabinet housing, and wherein the cabinet housing on both sides is provided with ventilation openings. With the development of communication technology and the increasing demand for communication speed, more and more electronic devices that generate a large amount of heat are being used for a higher communication speed. To solve the above problem with regard to heat dissipation, air conditioners, exhaust fans and other cooling equipment are usually installed in an outdoor communication cabinet. In this way, the use of communication cabinets for outside not only becomes more expensive, but also produces more noise. For these reasons, there is an urgent need for an outdoor communication cabinet that can dissipate heat through the cabinet housing.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The technical problem that is solved is that it provides a communication box for outside, which can dissipate the heat through the housing of the box.
The technical solution is to provide an outdoor communication cabinet that includes a plurality of low heat devices, a plurality of high heat devices, a cabinet housing and at least one cabinet door; the cabinet door is mounted on and forms a cavity with the cabinet housing, and the multiple low heat devices are all placed in the cavity; the outside communication box also comprises at least one air inlet, at least one air outlet, at least one air duct, a protective plate and a sealed enclosure; the plurality of high heat devices are mounted in the enclosure which is on the top of the cabinet housing and on which it is provided with an enclosure air inlet and enclosure air outlet; the air inlet and air outlet are respectively arranged at the bottom and on the top of the cabinet housing, wherein it is provided with a channel that allows the air to enter the envelope air inlet through the air inlet; one end of the air duct being connected to the envelope air outlet, the other end being connected to the air outlet communicating with the atmosphere.
The cabinet housing comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a left plate, a right plate and a back plate.
The air outlet is mounted on the top plate which is covered by the protective plate; there is a closed cavity between the protective plate and the top plate which is connected to the air outlet for heat flow and an air outlet hole for heat dissipation is also made in the side wall of the protective plate.
The air outlet is arranged on the left plate, the right plate, or on the rear plate.
The channel is arranged between the multiple low heat devices and the cabinet housing.
The channel is arranged between all parts of the multiple low heat devices.
The channel is provided with a guide plate for guiding the cold air.
The air inlet is arranged at the bottom of the left plate or the right plate.
The hot air is discharged directly, and does not remain inside the cabinet, through the closed air duct to form two completely separate hot and cold areas; this is intended for quickly lowering the temperature of the cabinet while reducing energy consumption.
The cabinet housing and the cabinet door are both made of a kind of three-layer plate comprising an outer metal plate, a heat-insulating plate and an inner metal plate, the two surfaces of the heat-insulating plate both fitting to the outer and inner metal plate.
Compared with the prior art, according to the above structure, the present model has the following advantages: the exterior communication cabinet of the present model has various high-heat devices located in the channel located on the located at the top of the cabinet housing, and over various low-heat devices placed in the cabinet housing to discharge the hot air from the air outlet, the duct and the air outlet hole, using the principle that the hot air rises and causes less hot air to rise; because it is completely dependent on its own air duct for heat dissipation, not only are the costs of using outdoor communication cabinets reduced, but the noise is also reduced, without having to rely on any air conditioners, exhaust fans and other cooling devices.
For improvement, the cabinet housing and the cabinet door are both made of a kind of three-layer plate comprising an outer metal plate, a heat-insulating plate and an inner metal plate, the two surfaces of the heat-insulating plate being on the outer and inner metal plate are mounted. This structure increases the insulating performance of the cabinet housing, thereby reducing the exchange of heat inside and outside the cabinet housing to a certain extent, ensuring that the devices in the cabinet housing can function normally while, in the meantime, the burden of communication cooling structure -case for the outside of the present utility model is reduced to a certain extent.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present utility model is further elucidated with reference to drawings and embodiments.
As seen in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a communication cabinet for outside of the present utility model comprises various low heat devices 1, various high heat devices 2, a cabinet housing with at least one cabinet door 3; the low heat devices 1 are considered from a technical point of view as devices, such as a splitter and a modem, which dissipate heat without being dependent on other external devices and which do not require cooling fans, while the high heat devices from a technical point of view are considered as devices, such as a Rectifier and a Dslam, which dissipate heat using an external device and which require a cooling fan; the cabinet housing is also supplied with a mounting rack 19 on the bottom.
The cabinet door 3 is mounted on and forms a cavity with the cabinet housing, and the various low heat devices 1 are all placed in the cavity; the outside communication cabinet also includes at least one air inlet 9, at least one air outlet 10, at least one air duct 11, a protective plate 12 and a closed jacket 20; the various high-heat devices 2 are arranged in the casing 20, which is located on top of the cabinet housing and in which there is an air inlet 22 and air outlet 21; the air inlet 9 and air outlet 10 are respectively placed in the bottom and on top of the cabinet housing, where a channel 15 is present which ensures that the air inlet 22 of the jacket takes place via the air inlet 9; one end of the air duct 11 is connected to the air outlet 21 of the jacket, while the other end is connected to the air outlet 10 which is connected to the atmosphere.
The cabinet housing comprises a top plate 4, a bottom plate 5, a left plate 6, a right plate 7 and a back plate 8.
The air outlet 10 is placed on the top plate 4 which is covered by the protective plate 12; a closed cavity 13 connected to the heat-flow air outlet 10 is placed between the protective plate 12 and the upper plate 4, and different air outlet holes are provided for dissipating heat in the side wall of the protective plate 12.
The air outlet 10 is provided on the left plate 6, the right plate 7, or on the rear plate 8.
The channel 15 is arranged between the different low-heat devices 1 and the cabinet housing.
The channel 15 is arranged between all components of the different low-heat devices 1.
The channel 15 is provided with a guide plate 23 for guiding the cold air.
The air inlet 9 is arranged on the bottom of the left plate 6 or the right plate 7.
In the embodiment, different high-heat devices 2 are covered with a jacket 20, provided with a jacket air outlet 21, which is connected to the air inlet of the air duct 11, and a jacket air inlet 22. The hot air is discharged directly through the closed air duct 11 which forms two completely separate hot and cold areas, and does not remain in the cabinet; this is intended for quickly lowering the temperature of the cabinet while reducing energy consumption.
The cabinet housing and the cabinet door 3 are both made of a kind of three-layer plate comprising an outer metal plate 16, a heat-insulating plate 17 and an inner metal plate 18, the two surfaces of the heat-insulating plate 17 on the outer 16 and inner metal plate 18 are mounted.

The present utility model is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments and the specific structures are variable. An outdoor communication cabinet comprising a plurality of low heat devices (1), a plurality of high heat devices (2), a cabinet housing and at least one cabinet door (3), the cabinet door (3) being mounted on and a cavity forms with the cabinet housing, and wherein the plurality of low heat devices (1) are all arranged in the cavity; characterized in that the outside communication box further comprises at least: an air inlet (9), at least one air outlet (10), at least one air duct (11), a protection plate (12) and a closed casing (20) ; wherein the plurality of high heat devices (2) are disposed in the casing (20) mounted on the top of the cabinet housing and on which it is provided with a casing air outlet (21) and casing air inlet (22); wherein the air inlet (9) and air outlet (10) are respectively arranged at the bottom and on the top of the cabinet housing, wherein it is provided with a channel (15) that allows the air to enter the enclosure air inlet (22) via the air inlet (9); wherein one end of the air duct (11) is connected to the envelope air outlet (21), while the other end is connected to the air outlet (10), which is connected to the atmosphere.

Outdoor communication cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that the cabinet housing comprises a top plate (4), a bottom plate (5), a left plate (6), a right plate (7) and a rear plate (8).

An outside communication cabinet according to claim 2, characterized in that the air outlet (10) is arranged on the top plate (4), which is covered by the protective plate (12), a closed cavity (13) connected to the heat flow air outlet (10) is disposed between the protective plate (12) and the top plate (4), and wherein at least one air outlet hole is provided for dissipating heat in the side wall of the protective plate (12).
